The College of Health and Human Development Mentoring Program connects students in the College of Health and Human Development with alumni by matching students with professionals in their field(s) of interest who can offer advice and information about career options or other issues relevant to particular fields.

Students are required to attend a Mentoring Kickoff Lunch or Dinner and Workshop where they will have the opportunity to meet their Alumni Mentor in person, learn more about the mentoring program, and work with their Mentors to develop goals and action steps for participation in the program.

If you are able to attend your department's event, please complete and submit the form below. You will be contacted by mid-December with the name and contact information for the Alumni Mentor with whom you are paired. If you have any questions prior to completing this application, please contact Jennifer Charney, Alumni Mentoring Program Coordinator, at 814-865-3831 or or visit the mentoring information page.
