Scott Smith ’90g NUTR, senior nutritionist and manager for nutritional biochemistry at NASA, received the Alumni Recognition Award this past fall. Peetz Receives Alumni Fellow Award

Karen B. Peetz ’77 IFS, senior executive vice president of The Bank of New York Mellon in New York City, received the 2007 Alumni Fellow Award, the highest honor bestowed upon alumni by the Penn State Alumni Association. Since its creation in 1973, the award has been given to select alumni who, as leaders in their professional fields, are nominated by an academic college and accept an invitation from the University president to return to campus to share their expertise with students, faculty and administrators. more >>
