Mandee Davis

Assistant to the Director
Mandee provides leadership and oversees the staff support activities and operations of the School of Hospitality Management by working closely with and supporting the Director of the School.

-Direct and supervise the School's administrative support staff
-Serve as personnel contact for the School as the liaison between the School and Human Resources including recruitment, payroll, and implementing change policy
-Manage day-to-day functions of the Director's office including scheduling, visitors, and reporting
-Oversee physical space of Mateer and Oak building including renovations, office space and furniture, and technology.

Prior to arriving at Penn State, Mandee spent seven year with Shaner Hotels most recently as a Human Resources Manager, but also in Sales & Catering and the Front Desk/Night Audit. Her additional hospitality/customer service experience includes the Wegman's bakery where she worked for three years, and several years as a Realtor and Office Manager with Prudential First Choice Realty.
