Our Director

Jennifer Meengs

Jennifer Meengs is a Registered Dietitian and Instructor of the Foods Lab at Penn State and has a passion for teaching people of all ages to create their own healthy meals. She has coached teeball and softball for years and is excited for her first Team Cook Like a Chef!

Camp Facility

The Foods Lab in room 7 is equipped with twelve basic kitchen units that allow campers to work in groups of three to complete their individual recipes. Each station is similarly outfitted with its own range, utensils, pots and pans, sink and related items. The front of the room has a demonstration area with a ceiling-mounted camera and projector allowing excellent visibility from all corners of the room.
