Academic and Personal Support
- HHD's Center for Advising and Student Engagement provides academic advising for undergraduate students.
- Penn State Learning provides free academic assistance for various subjects for all students.
- University Libraries provides resources for coursework.
- Counseling and Psychological Services provides individual and group counseling, psychological, and psychiatric evaluations.
- University Health Services provides comprehensive health care services.
- Report Bias is a webform for reporting acts of bias or intolerance that occur at Penn State.
- The Office of Sexual Misconduct Prevention & Response ensures compliance with Title IX, a federal law that prohibits discrimination based on the sex or gender of employees and students.
- Report A Crime - University Police & Public Safety provides information on how to report an on-campus crime.
Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Resources
- Student Disability Resources is the designated office that provides reasonable accommodations and services to students with disabilities enrolled at the University Park campus.
- The Center for Spiritual and Ethical Development promotes an environment of appreciation and respect for religious and spiritual diversity.
- The Multicultural Resource Center provides individual counseling and educational services for undergraduate multicultural students.
- The Center for Sexual and Gender Diversity provides a comprehensive range of education, information, and advocacy services to students, faculty, staff, and alumni.
- The Paul Robeson Cultural Center provides cultural enrichment programming and social justice discussions.
- The Gender Equity Center provides support for anyone who has been impacted by sexual violence, relationship violence, stalking, or harassment, as well as education on gender equity issues.
- Adult Learner Programs provides support for non-traditional students.
- The Office of Veterans Programs is a comprehensive, direct service unit for veterans and Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA) benefits recipients.
- International Student and Scholar Advising (ISSA) offers advising, immigration services, and training to support international students, scholars, and faculty.
- The Office of the Vice Provost for Educational Equity serves as a catalyst and advocate for Penn State's diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- The Office for Educational Equity - Diversity Resources is a list of Penn State and external diversity resources.
- The Office of Finance and Business calendar of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion events.
Financial Support
- The Office of Student Aid assists students with financial aid matters.
- The Financial and Life Skills Center provides resources for students regarding money management.

The Forum on Black Affairs is comprised of faculty, staff, and graduate students dedicated to ensuring that all Black persons at Penn State participate fully in and benefit from the mission of the University.

The Sloan Scholars Program provides funding for underrepresented students to pursue doctorates in mathematics, science, and engineering. The program specifically targets African Americans, Hispanic Americans and Native Americans. All must be U.S. citizens. Students in Health and Human Development’s technical disciplines are eligible to apply.
