The Methodology Center

The Methodology Center is an interdisciplinary research center that conducts original research on issues in statistics, research design, and measurement emerging in the prevention and treatment of problem behaviors, particularly drug abuse. The Center also applys the new methods developed in empirical research and disseminates new methods to prevention and treatment scientists.

Promoting the well-being of children and youth and to reduce the prevalence of high-risk behaviors and poor outcomes in children, families and communities.

The college is also very involved with the Clinical Research Center (CRC), a service unit in Penn State's Clinical and Translational Science Institute.

Clinical Research Center

Facilitating the transfer of basic medical knowledge to the clinical arena, to elucidate pathogenic mechanisms of disease, and to develop strategies for health promotion and disease prevention.
