Meet the Instructors

As former athletes who continue to live active, healthy lifestyles, John Valentik and Nate Zechman understand firsthand the lifelong value of movement, discipline, and wellness. They created this camp to share their passion and knowledge with younger students — helping them learn how to train safely, move effectively, and build healthy habits that last well beyond their athletic careers. Their goal is to inspire the next generation to develop confidence, strength, and an appreciation for the science of human performance.
