What is CampDoc?

CampDoc is an innovative platform that will streamline the registration experience for families.  This system allows you to register a child for multiple Penn State youth programs using a single account.

Account / Registration

Please follow the below steps to set up an account to register.

Step 1

Set up a CampDoc parent/guardian account or log in with an existing account. 

• Watch a video about how to set up your account 

Step 2

Register your child for a camp session. 

• Learn about registration
• NOTE: Completing payment reserves your child’s spot in camp, but you must complete Step 3 – Participant Forms by the deadline set by the camp.
• Repeat registration for each child. 

Step 3

Complete Participant Forms. 

• Learn more about Participant Forms
• All forms must be completed by the due date, or your child will not be allowed to participate in camp.
• You will receive registration confirmation by email.
• If registration is full, please select to be added to the waitlist.
