Welcome to the Penn State School of Hospitality Management Services Research Network. This recently established network was formed to create and disseminate knowledge about the best practices in services marketing and management including:

  • improve customer experiences
  • foster service innovation
  • enhance service productivity

The network collaborates with leaders and managers in business, government, and non-profits to address important pressing and relevant service-related problems and to develop future thought leaders. Although the network is comprised of accomplished academic researchers and emerging scholars, managerially-oriented research, networking opportunities, and high-level educational opportunities in services marketing and management are made available to industry partners in all types of services beyond hospitality.
