EDGE is an acronym for Exploration, Development, and Guided Education. The HHD Leadership EDGE Program is a semester long leadership development experience designed to help students identify their personal philosophy of leadership while learning from and collaborating with industry leaders and alumni. The program is an essential part of the College's commitment to provide opportunities for students to develop core values, attitudes, and competencies that serve as the foundation of effective leadership. ​
