How literacy can unlock a voice

Nate is a 5-year-old boy with Cerebral Palsy. He has limited speech and can’t point reliably. With assistance from researchers in Communications Sciences and Disorders, Nate is learning to read, something that most with children severe speech and language disorders never get to do.
