PowerPoint templates

PowerPoint decks (three versions) are now accessible in PowerPoint presentations.

Powerpoint Templates in Powerpoint

Using the PowerPoint desktop app

  1. Open PowerPoint from the locally installed PowerPoint app on your computer.
  2. Click on “New” in the left navigation.
  3. Click on “Penn State University,” which appears above the various template options. 
  4. Select the template you'd like to use.

Using the PowerPoint web-based version of Office 365

  1. Open a new presentation.
  2. Click on “Office Templates,"
  3. Click on “The Pennsylvania State University” on the left.
  4. Select the template you'd like to use.

Microsoft Word templates

Microsoft meeting agendas, name badges, and name tent cards are available in Microsoft Word using the same process.

Word Templates in Word

Using the Word desktop app

  1. Open Word from the locally installed Word app on your computer. 
  2. Click “New” in the navigation.
  3. Click on “The Pennsylvania State University.” 
  4. Select the template you'd like to use.

Using the Word web-based version of Office 365

These templates are not accessible from the Microsoft 365 Cloud version of Word at this time.
