Welcome to the department, Amy Moore!

Nutritional Sciences welcomed Amy Moore as an assistant research professor. Amy works in the Center for Childhood Obesity Research on ENCIRCLE, a project that aims to develop intervention materials and train community nutritionists to promote healthy eating and prevent obesity in preschool-age children.
