Tracey Missien is an experienced executive in health care in the areas of administration, business development, and operations and is a member of the American Association of Orthopedic Executives. She is currently a Regional Operations Leader for Geisinger Health System and leads a multimillion-dollar network of inpatient and outpatient musculoskeletal services and providers.
Previously, Missien served in various healthcare leadership roles for regional and national organizations involving hospital service lines, outpatient rehabilitation services, marketing, investor relations and program development for workers’ compensation services. Her background includes work in academia in economic development where she led collaborations between research faculty and industry. Her areas of research include patient satisfaction and service quality for hospital orthopedic service lines.
Missien earned her master’s degree in business administration and a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. She has been a business consultant to healthcare and manufacturing firms and has been the recipient of numerous business performance awards.
