RPTM Associate Teaching Professor and PGA Professional Golf Management Program Assistant Director Brian Soulé received the 2023 Professional Development Award from the Philadelphia PGA Section. Soulé has mentored more than 250 future PGA of America Golf Professionals while at Penn State.
