Penn State helped student be flexible during remote internship

Prior to COVID-19, Hanna Rose had set up an internship at Intercept Pharmaceuticals, where she would be helping to implement a diversity, equity, and inclusion program. When the pandemic hit, she was still able to fill the role virtually, but the transition required her to adjust in many ways. So she turned to colleagues at the company and Penn State faculty for support.
