ENCIRCLE Study
ENCIRCLE Study
ENCIRCLE (patiEnt-cliNic-Community Integration to prevent obesity in Rural preschool ChiLdrEn) is a Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute (PCORI) funded project in collaboration with Geisinger Health System. This study is designed to promote healthy eating and prevent obesity in high-risk preschool-aged children using an integrated patient-clinic-community model. The Center for Childhood Obesity Research is adapting existing evidence-based obesity prevention programs for telehealth delivery and training community staff to implement the intervention to low-income families throughout Pennsylvania.
