- Dr. Brandi Y. Rollins, CCOR
The Green Smoothie study is an ongoing project aimed at increasing children’s and adults’ intake of dark green vegetable through blended vegetable and fruit drinks referred to as “green smoothies”. The study has multiple research phases that include recipe development; experimental studies aimed at measuring children’s acceptance, liking, and intake of the smoothies; and school-based curriculum development.
