Prior to this, Brandon was associated with ChenMed in Miami, FL. As Director of Clinical, Strategy, and Efficiency, he crafted an enterprise-wide Leadership Fellow program and developed an operation pipeline led through analytical decision-making. With his proficiency in value-based care and medical economics, he played a pivotal role in network development and the strategic evaluation of total cost-of-care opportunities across several primary care facilities. His earlier tenure as Client Solutions Portfolio Manager with Highmark BCBS in Pittsburgh, PA, further accentuated his competence in delivering optimal client solutions, honing his expertise in operational readiness and change management.

Brandon Light began his career in value-based care at ChenMed in Miami, where as Director of Clinical Strategy & Efficiency he built an enterprise-wide Leadership Fellow program and used data-driven decision-making to evaluate total cost-of-care opportunities across ChenMed's primary care centers. That foundation set the stage for the next phase of his career: leading commercial and value-based care strategy for private equity-backed healthcare platforms, including Head of Business Enablement at ConvenientMD, where he led value-based care payor negotiations across Maine and New Hampshire, and Chief Commercial Officer at IVI-RMA North America, part of the KKR-backed global fertility network. Brandon has since moved into the venture-backed side of healthcare, joining Keebler Health as their Chief Revenue Officer. Keebler is an AI-native risk adjustment platform that helps providers and payers succeed in value-based care for Medicare and Medicaid populations. He holds an MS in Healthcare Policy and Management from Carnegie Mellon University and a BS in Health Policy and Administration from The Pennsylvania State University.
