Caitlin Yelinek ’09 HRIM is the Executive Director of Talent Management at TIAG in Reston, VA. She leads talent acquisition and recruiting efforts for government contracts related to Health IT and Military Healthcare operations. Caitlin has held roles previously within the government contracting and commercial sectors in both HR and Recruiting for the past 12 years. Caitlin also leads and co-chairs TIAG’s philanthropic program, TIAG Cares, which is dedicated to giving back to the communities in which we live and work by providing employee-led volunteerism, support, and resources. Caitlin has served HHD Alumni Board for 9+ years, currently serving as the President. Caitlin resides in Purcellville, VA with her husband, two boys and two corgis!
