Responsibilities

Jen Emigh serves as Professor-In-Charge for RPTM, RPTM-Athletics Liaison, and Faculty Partner for Wrestling at Penn State University. As an Associate Teaching Professor in the Department of Recreation, Park, and Tourism Management, she specializes in outdoor leadership, adventure programming, and experiential education. With more than 20 years of professional and instructional experience, she is dedicated to empowering students through transformative learning experiences that foster leadership, resilience, community, and personal growth. Jen leads the Adventure-Based Programming option within the Outdoor Recreation track and works closely with first-year students, student-athletes, and emerging leaders to support success both inside and outside the classroom.
