Lisa began her career with HCA Healthcare as the Administrative Resident at HCA Florida Capital Hospital within the 2nd cohort of HCA’s Executive Residency development program. From there she moved to HCA Florida Largo Hospital starting as the Assistant Administrator in August 2020 and transitioned quickly to the Vice President of Operations role where she led the Heart, Kidney, Liver Transplant and Cardiac programs. Lisa joined HCA Florida Fawcett Hospital in August 2022 as their Chief Operating Officer where she has led recovery and reconstruction from Hurricane Ian, $115 M in large construction projects, and various service lines and growth initiatives. Most recently in September 2024, Lisa joined the HCA Florida Ocala Hospital team as the COO. She will be responsible for capital construction projects, service line development, and large growth initiatives.

Lisa earned her B.S. in Health Policy and Administration from Pennsylvania State University and her master’s in healthcare administration from the University of Minnesota.
