Research Interests

The influence of maternal diet and lifestyle on lactation and pregnancy, using the placenta and prenatal biomarkers to predict milk volume and early unplanned weaning. Biologically targeted interventions to prevent preterm birth and early unplanned weaning. The role of lipids, lipid metabolism, and micronutrients in the initiation and resolution of inflammation.
