Rob's research focuses on stuttering and other fluency differences. He examines how speakers experience, perceive, and respond to the anticipation of stuttering – the sense that a moment of stuttering is impending. He also investigates communication in individuals with Tourette Syndrome and in those with complex neuropsychiatric conditions.
