Research Interests
My primary research goal is to improve literacy outcomes and the quality of life for individuals with complex communication needs (CCN). I aim to translate research findings into effective strategies that increase explicit literacy instruction for children using Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) by exploring evidence-based literacy instruction and methods.
