Bill is a healthcare operations leader with nearly two decades of leadership experience in hospital and health system administration. He's a graduate of the program, earning his Bachelor of Science in Health Policy and Administration (HPA) from Penn State in 2007 and his Master of Health Administration (MHA) in 2009. Bill currently serves as Vice President of Operations at UPMC Altoona and UPMC Bedford, where he oversees strategic and operational initiatives focused on quality, growth, and patient-centered care. Prior to joining UPMC, he was Senior Operations Director at Geisinger Health. Bill has served on numerous volunteer boards, including the Penn State HPA Alumni Group, and currently resides in the State College area with his wife and 3 children.
