Assistant to the Director
Lori provides leadership and oversees the staff support activities and operations of the School of Hospitality Management by working closely with and supporting the Director of the School.

- Direct and supervise the School's administrative support staff
- Serve as personnel contact for the School as the liaison between the School and Human Resources including recruitment, payroll, and implementing change policy
- Manage day-to-day functions of the Director's office including scheduling, visitors, and reporting
Oversee physical space of both Mateer Building and Marriott Foundation Building, including renovations, office space and furniture, and technology
Prior to joining the School of Hospitality Management, Lori gained extensive experience in corporate retail management, serving in various managerial roles for over 20 years. At Penn State, she has held financial and administrative positions, most recently serving as an Administrative Support Assistant, where she managed Academic Integrity for the College of Engineering.
