Michael S. Lin, Ph.D. is an assistant professor at the School of Hotel and Tourism Management at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. His current research focus includes hospitality and tourism issues in the following topics: entrepreneurship and innovation, smart small business management, and CSR/ESG issues. Dr. Lin holds a good publication record in top hospitality and tourism journals, such as Annals of Tourism Research, International Journal of Contemporary Hospitality Management, International Journal of Hospitality Management, Journal of Hospitality and Tourism Research, Journal of Travel Research, and Tourism Management. He has actively sought grant opportunities and received funding from the Hong Kong Government, private entities, and multiple universities.
