Lee is a Ph.D. candidate at Pennsylvania State University’s School of Hospitality Management, concentrating on how pricing and pricing policies affect consumer purchase decisions and a firm’s profitability within the hospitality sector. Preceding his academic venture, Mr. Lee brought 17 years of industry insight, directing revenue management efforts for high-profile hotel chains across luxury, upper upscale, and upscale hotel classes in urban, suburban, airport, and resort locations.
