Jenny is a developmental and family scientist who is interested in understanding how the contexts that infants and preschoolers are embedded can influence their nutrition, growth and health.
Emily is a nutrition scientist interested in the interactions between diet and behavioral factors on growth and chronic disease risk in infants, children, adolescents, and pregnant women.
Alicia joined CCOR in October 2022. Her primary role includes managing the implementation of CCOR’s outreach programs for low-income families under our annual PA SNAP Education funding.
Kylee creates education materials, assists with program planning, performs data entry, study recruitment, and data collection for CCOR's ONE PATH intervention project.
Amy works on ENCIRCLE (a PCORI-funded project) to develop intervention materials and train community nutritionists to implement the intervention designed to promote healthy eating and prevent obesity in preschool-age children.
Sarah assists with the development of materials for the ONE PATH intervention, delivers intervention content to research participants, and provides technical assistance and communicative support.
Amber delivers SNAP-Ed approved curricula to low–income families at Head Start Child Care settings and WIC Clinic sites, interacting and coordinating with program partners in the community and staff in Huntingdon, Snyder, Union and Mifflin counties.
