My research focuses on sustainability and wellness, communication, and consumer behavior with an emphasis on the foodservice industry.

Jonathan Dingwell focuses on the biomechanics, dynamics and neuromuscular control processes that govern complex adaptive human movements with a primary emphasis on improving human health.

Joe was a partner for 20 years with Price Waterhouse specializing in healthcare and served as President & CEO of New England Baptist Hospital in Boston, a Beth Israel Lahey affiliated hospital. He focuses on the financial courses in our program.

My primary roles are providing career coaching services to students along with running the Alumni Mentoring Program. Additionally, I will be assisting with different career development workshops and the HHD career fairs. 

Alison provides direct support to units across the entire College of HHD, covering all aspects of building operations and maintenance.

Danielle Downs researches the motivational determinants of exercise among women and children, application of the Theory of Planned Behavior to exercise, and lifestyle interventions for women (preconceptional, pregnant, gestational diabetes).

Researcher/practitioner interested in the development of social and emotional skills and wellbeing for youth and adults, including mindfulness and compassion-based strategies and systemic changes needed to promote individual and community growth, with a leadership focus.
