My research and teaching are focused on revenue management and profit optimization across all types of hospitality assets including hotel guest rooms, restaurants, function space, spas, and golf.

Professor O’Neill conducts research, outreach and teaching in the areas of real estate, asset management and strategic management in the hotel industry, and serves as director of the Hospitality Real Estate Strategy Group. 

Zita Oravecz's research work has been focused on developing and disseminating innovative computational and statistical techniques for addressing questions related to emotional and cognitive functioning and development.

Megan’s priorities are to create and coordinate efforts and programs that support and engage students in their own unique journey.

Niki manages the research lifecycle for the College of Health and Human Development. She oversees all aspects of the Research Office and can be contacted for any questions you may have.

Dorothea can be contacted for any award management questions. She is the College’s lead post-award coordinator and specializes in award management and post-award tasks.  She manages HHD's award portfolio.

I am interested in investigating the marketing, the economics, and the benefits of the travel and tourism phenomenon with data analytics.
