Center for Fitness and Wellness
Our Center provides health and fitness assessments and wellness education for thousands of Penn State students each year. Assessments include: aerobic capacity, muscle strength and endurance, body composition, flexibility, blood lipid profiles, blood glucose, and blood pressure.

Receiving a bachelor of science degree in kinesiology, Frey served in the Naval ROTC, in Operation Blue and Gold and was the president of the Future Naval Officers Association. She was also awarded the Captain Sam Schultz Memorial Scholarship and the Health and Human Development Alumni Society Student Service Award.
