Minors
Movement is the central focus of Penn State’s Kinesiology minor — ranging from the basic mechanisms of human movement to the complex dynamics of physical activity in the context of human health and well-being.
Students from other majors can experience what the program has to offer through this minor. Curriculum includes everything from the basic mechanisms of human movement to the complex dynamics of physical activity in the context of human health and wellness, allowing students to incorporate the study of physical movement into their major while expanding their career opportunities at the same time.
