Apply to the Ph.D. Program in Health Policy and Administration

Application Materials

  1. Three letters of reference
  2. A statement of purpose
  3. Current resume
  4. Standardized test scores (GRE) are optional, but strongly encouraged, for fall 2024 admission. Applicants for fall 2024 should request that GRE, IELTS, and TOEFL scores be sent to Graduate Enrollment Services (GES) at Penn State electronically using school code 2660 Penn State University.
  5. One unofficial transcript from each institution attended
  6. Application for a US Visa (international students only)
  7. Official TOEFL or IELTS score (international students only) - Note: Applicants must request that scores be sent to Penn State electronically using school code 2660 Penn State University.
