Cohort Model
The PSU MHA Program is designed with a cohort model foundation. Each fall 15-20 residential MHA students are admitted to the program with the goal that this group will serve as a future professional network throughout the individual student’s career. Courses are offered only one time per academic calendar year.

A three-semester (1 credit per semester) partnership with Mount Nittany Physician Group (MNPG) which will embed students with Practice Administrators to expose student to a wide array of administrative competencies. Students will work one day a week (Thursday) during the spring of their first year and fall and spring of their Second year at the same practice site to gain in depth involvement in one or more project area. |
