The Biobehavioral Health Student Center is a space designed exclusively for students in the biobehavioral health and systems neuroscience undergraduate majors, as well as students enrolled in biobehavioral health and systems neuroscience classes, to study and collaborate with peers. The Student Center offers movable seating, whiteboards, chalkboards, free snacks, and more to support students' learning experience.

A space for academic support and student community

Additionally, students can meet with designated learning partners in the Student Center. Learning partners are a group of students who provide academic support to their peers in the following courses: BBH 301W, BBH 310, BBH 440, and BBH 411W. Learning partners can assist with course content, study strategies, and writing support.

Learning partners play a key role in creating a welcoming and engaging BBH community through events that help students connect, de-stress, and build relationships with peers, faculty, and alumni. Whether you're looking to meet new people, learn from professionals, or simply take a break and recharge, BBH Student Center events are designed to foster a sense of belonging and community for BBH students. These events help transform the Student Center into more than just a study space; they create a space where students can connect, grow, and thrive together.

Past BBH Student Center events:

  • Therapy dog visits and wellness breaks
  • Fueling for Finals study support events
  • Open houses and student networking opportunities
