Penn State’s program in Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Management was founded in 1937, making it one of the oldest programs in North America and always pre-eminent in quality, certainly ranked in the nation’s top five hospitality management programs year after year. The program’s blend of technical and quantitative problem solving coupled with the requirement for 1,000 hours of practical experience for each student has made us a favorite of many national recruiters.
