Dr. Bartlett leads the Penn State Hospitality in Senior Living Initiative, focused on helping Hospitality Management students to discover senior living as a potential career path. He teaches the Hospitality in Senior Living class and conducts research in the field as well.
Responsible for external relations and working with the department administration to develop strategic partnerships and initiatives with the School of Hospitality Management and the hospitality industry.
Prof. Egan has extensive experience managing school nutrition programs. She has taught numerous classes at PSU both in the classroom and online. Ms. Egan has also led SHM programs in Lyon, France and the Catalonia region of Spain.
