The Food Decisions Research Group is a multidisciplinary global network of researchers interested in food decisions.

We seek to understand behavioral influences that obstruct healthy and safe food decisions by consumers and food retail and service industries. Research focus includes study of choices and evaluation of associated costs and benefits to make responsible food decisions. The focus is on understanding resource allocation decisions of both tangible (money, assets, facilities) and intangible (skills, knowledge, time) resources to make decisions in food contexts.
