John O’Neill attended the Americas Lodging Investment Summit (ALIS) in Los Angeles with a group of students, including Josh Jacobs, pictured, along with over 1,000 hospitality industry real estate and strategy executives.

The Hospitality Real Estate Strategy Group focuses on teaching, research and outreach related to real estate, strategy and entrepreneurship in the hospitality industry.

The Penn State Index of U.S. Hotel Values

The group also produces the Penn State Index of U.S. Hotel Values, an index that projects hotel values for the overall U.S. and for the specific hotel property types of Luxury, Upper Upscale, Upscale, Upper Midscale, Midscale and Economy hotels.

:  O'Neill's Hospitality Real Estate class toured the Hilton Worldwide Headquarters in McLean, VA, and met with Hilton CEO, Chris Nassetta. Donna Quadri-Felitti, Marvin Ashner Director and Brian Black, Director of Hospitality Industry and Alumni Relations joined on the class trip.
