Keleigh Asbury (RPTM 1996)

Penn State Recreation, Park, and Tourism Management

Keleigh was the Director of Alumni Career Services with Penn State Smeal College of business. Her role was a professional career strategist and early-stage startup advisor in business, but has also worked in the fields of outdoor adventure sports, film & game, and visual arts. Her areas of expertise are leadership, culture, and human intelligence.

Keleigh is now RPTM's Internship Coordinator! We are excited to have her at the Alumni Networking Lunch and in the office every day helping our students.

Sivan Bromberg 

Program Manager
Penn State Extended Learning Partnerships

Sivan is part of Penn State's Extended Learning Programs, which manages logistics and organization for Academic Conferences, Experiential Classes, and Youth Programs. (Penn State RPTM uses ELP for many of its experiential learning classes. We are really excited to have Sivan join us.)

Gretchen Confer (RPTM 2015)

Coordinator for Reservations, Membership, & Outreach
Penn State Campus Recreation

Gretchen schedules the Indoor Tennis Center, Pickleball Courts, and Outdoor Tennis Courts on Campus. She oversees facility and operations of the Tennis Center. She also supervising a student staff of 30 part-time employees who work at the front desk of the Tennis Center and collaborate in Campus Recreation Outreach Events.

Kelly Daly (RPTM 2006)

Camp Speers YMCA

After 25 years of leadership roles in immersive overnight youth programs, Kelly now volunteers with a few nonprofit organizations assisting with campaigns, fundraising, and programming. She has a wealth of knowledge in all things RPTM!

Derek Dawson (RPTM 2009)

Derek leads strategic initiatives for VisitPITTSBURGH, focused on growing Pittsburgh and Allegheny County as a competitive, vibrant tourism destination. His work spans destination development, tourism strategy, partnerships, visitor experience, workforce development, and initiatives that strengthen the region’s tourism economy. He works across the tourism, sports, arts & culture, outdoor recreation, and business communities to turn big ideas into strategies and projects that create greater visitor and community impact.

Erik Hoffman (RPTM 2013)

Senior Director of Corporate Partnerships
Penn State Sports Enterprises - Playfly Sports 

Erik has 13+ years experience in sports business, including ticket sales, sponsorship sales, promotional concepts, sales management, and more. He currently works for Penn State Sports Enterprises/Playfly Sports. They handle all sponsorship sales within Penn State Athletics, NIL Opportunities, Bryce Jordan Center, and PSU Alumni Association.

Chris Houck (RPTM 2011)

Park Operations Manager
DCNR - Ohiopyle State Park 

Chris Houck is the Park Operations Manager of Ohipyle State Park in south west Pennsylvania. He is involved in all aspects of the park including outdoor recreation, facility maintenance, employees, emergency response/law enforcement, conservation, environmental education, community relations, etc.

 

Lynde Metzler (RPTM 2019)

Assistant Director of Student Development

Lynde is a learning & development professional with 6+ years of experience in student leadership development, training facilitation, and workforce readiness. She is the Assistant Director of Student Development at Penn State Campus Recreation, supporting 600+ student employees across diverse program areas. She is skilled in curriculum design, instructional strategy, mentorship, performance management, and program assessment, with a foundation in experiential education and outdoor recreation.

Emily Raneri (RPTM 2026)

Penn State Extended Learning Partnerships

As part of Penn State Outreach, Emily works with faculty, community organizations, and external partners to develop and coordinate learning experiences that reach far beyond traditional boundaries. She collaborates with partners to ensure exceptional program delivery and elevated participant experience. Their detailed strategic planning and disciplined project management give their partners the time they need to prepare the very best program content.

As a program coordinator, Emily supports the behind the scenes planning of a variety of educational programs, including youth camps, experiential learning opportunities, conferences, and more.

Claire Siedlecki (RPTM 2025)

Guest Services Supervisor
The Breakers Palm Beach

Claire manages the valet, Bell service, and chauffer house car operations at The Breakers in West Palm Beach, Florida. She also addresses guest/service concerns, including missing or damaged property, parking plans, and daily operations.

Brie works for our own HHD! She is a force behind the professional fundraising for the College, and is working with our Department Head on advancing RPTM initiatives through philanthropy.

George is a second-generation owner of Sterling Quality Water. His primary role is promotions and events for company outreach and sales. His company also does water testing analysis interpretation for home and public health. His company's mission is to promote sustainable living through home water filtration. 

 

Gela Taylor

Owner & Event Planner
Taylor'Design & Events

Gela creates and designs both corporate and private events. Weddings are the most common type of event she plans, but her business does everything from small gatherings to large events.

Mathias Weinzen (RPTM 2020)

Park Operations Manager
DCNR - Black Moshannon State Park 

Mathias oversees all operations of Black Moshannon State Park including but not limited to: Budgeting, projects, staffing, safety, law enforcement, maintenance, visitor relations, conservation, education, clerical, etc. He has expertise in hosting and working in large events including but not limited to: State park events, NFL Draft 2019, New Era Pinstripe bowl, Sports Camps, Maple Harvest Fest, and more.
