How did you find RPTM and your career path?
I fell in love with Shaver's Creek as an undergraduate, then pursued my Master's in RPTM to someday get back into the field. I was an educator for 8 years for youth ages 5-18, so I combined my love for parks and Shaver's Creek with helping others and started my career as an Academic Adviser.

What is your favorite college memory?
Sitting in my wildlife and fisheries class and having a character named "Thunder" walk in and sing songs and hand out flyers for Outdoor School. College Skylar took a chance on an opportunity to do something outside of her comfort zone and it changed everything (For the good!).

What do you like to do in your leisure time?
I like to... Hike, run, hunt, fish, and explore new places with my family.
What is the best piece of advice you’ve been given?
"It's never TOO late to change your mind and hike a new trail."
