1,000 Hole Challenge

PSUPGM1K Hole Challenge
This summer, all Penn State PGA PGM students are encouraged to play 9 or 18 holes with someone they’ve never played golf with before—fellow students/interns, supervising Pros, and those at neighboring courses—during our #PSUPGM1K challenge.
During your round of golf, take a picture of your group and submit it to be posted on the PennStatePGMss instagram account.
The goal?
For our PGM students to reach a combined 1,000 holes played by the end of summer while building their network, improving their golf game, and playing courses they haven’t played before.
How to submit?
Students, document your trips with photos/videos and email the details to Kristin "KP" Pastva for tallying and a social media post. The student with the most qualifying holes will win a custom prize!
What to Send KP
- Photo of your group
- Course name
- Players names, titles, where they work/intern
- Number of holes played
Who can participate?
Current students on internship can participate. You can check the internship map and incoming student map below to see where students are located, contact them, and invite them to play golf!
Incoming students are also encouraged to participate! Check out our internship map and incoming student map below to see where students are located this summer, contact them, and play golf with them before arriving to campus.
