Our cast of dedicated preceptors provide student supervision during experiential learning occasions, which may take place at University Park campus or globally across a variety of settings.

They facilitate clinical education through the application of theory to practice. Preceptors enable the learner in acquiring new skills required for safe, ethical, and quality care. They mentor students by setting expectations, modeling professional behaviors, delivering effective performance appraisals, and providing real-world opportunities to achieve goals.
