Exercise is Medicine on Campus receives Gold Status
The American College of Sports Medicine's Exercise is Medicine on Campus Initiative certifies campuses that have shown a commitment to promoting physical activity and health for faculty, staff and students at their institution. Penn State Kinesiology at University Park is excited to once again earn a gold level of recognition, indicating that our campus has been successful in promoting exercise and lifelong fitness as well as establishing a strong partnership with University Health Services to comprehensively address health to promote healthy lifestyles. Also earning recognition at the gold level was Penn State Berks Kinesiology and Penn State Harrisburg Kinesiology.
