Christian Molnar

Christian Molnar is the Senior Director of Team Relations for the Philadelphia Eagles, where he helps manage relationships and operations within one of the NFL’s premier organizations. Based at the team’s headquarters at One Eagles Way in Philadelphia, Christian has built a career in professional sports rooted in leadership, teamwork, and the connections he first developed at Penn State University.

During his time at Penn State, Christian balanced academics in Kinesiology with hands-on experience working directly with the Penn State football program. Splitting his time between the classroom and the football facility gave him valuable exposure to coaches, players, and athletic administrators while helping him establish a professional network that continues to influence his career today.

Christian credits Professor Bob Ricketts with helping him realize that a career in sports was attainable. “His classes helped set me on my career path,” Christian recalls. He also remembers learning from legendary professor John Lucas, whose storytelling and deep knowledge left a lasting impact on his Penn State experience.

One of Christian’s favorite memories came during the historic 1994–1995 football season, when he served as Head Manager for the undefeated Penn State football team. That season culminated in a Big Ten Championship and Rose Bowl victory, while also opening the door to opportunities with Nike — connections that ultimately helped launch his professional career.

Beyond athletics, Christian also had memorable encounters with influential figures during his time at Penn State, including filmmaker Spike Lee and Penn State alumnus Julius Epstein, the Academy Award-winning screenwriter of Casablanca. Their conversations left him with unforgettable stories about college football, Hollywood, and Penn State history.
