Principal Investigator
Travis Masterson is the principal investigator of the Health, Ingestive Behavior, and Technology Laboratory and the Broadhurst Career Development Professor for the Study of Health Promotion and Disease Prevention at Penn State University. His research focuses on food cue reactivity and how our food environment shapes our food choices and eating behaviors. His research particularly focuses on digital food and beverage marketing, using a variety of novel technologies and methodologies, including fMRI, immersive virtual reality (iVR), and ecological momentary assessment (EMA).
