In addition to dietary data collection, we have expertise developing and validating dietary instruments such as food frequency questionnaires and dietary screeners. The PSDAC faculty and staff work with investigators providing guidance and support for research projects and proposals by:

  • assisting with proposal writing

  • choosing the most suitable diet outcomes and other variables for analysis
  • calculation of nutrient and food related variables
  • guidance on dietary data analysis
  • project management
  • interpretation of diet and related data
