Complete Penn State (CPS)

The Complete Penn State program administered by the College of Health and Human Development, is under the direction of the Office of Student Aid.  This program offers financial support aimed at helping HHD students complete their degree requirements.

Eligibility

Complete Penn State provides resources for students who are:

  • within one or two semesters of graduation (30 credits or less until graduation)
  • must have a cumulative GPA of 2.0 or higher
  • who experience a situation that negatively impacts their ability to complete their degree
  • and must have exhausted all other sources of aid that have been offered to them

 

Application Deadline

All applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis in Fall, Spring, and Summer semesters. Applications will be reviewed holistically and on an individual basis. Apply HERE.
